Happy Monday, All :)

Going to be a glorious week here in NoVa! Warm weather has arrived. Sending the Sigma 30MM back for calibration this week. Not happy with the focus...way too soft :-(

That is a problem with some of the Sigma lenses. Hope it works out for you, Jim.

Love the weather, but now I'm out in it. Will be hot today. Sunscreen?

Mo, I'm not sure I'll be able to leave for the NYC trip you and Skip are planning. I hope Jim can still go up. I'm coming back from SLC on Sunday, May 1 and I won't be able to get to NYC unless I drive or take the train on Monday. I hope I'm up to it.

Suzie, don't push yourself. It isn't worth it. I would love to see you but not when there is a high cost to pay. You are sooo busy and you have a new granddaughter coming so save yourself for that. We will meet up again one day soon. Girl's weekend somewhere fun, okay?

Good Morning, All :)

Mixing and matching bodies and lenses for a Saturday E-Session. I'm thinking the 7D & 17-5MM f/2.8, the 5D & 85MM f/1.2, the 70-200MM f/4 IS in the bag. And, of course, the 15MM f/2.8 Fisheye...love to play with that lens.

That's a great plan. I'm still packing and cleaning and going to make cookies this afternoon for a party. I'm so tired already. Doing HOA taxes today. Yeah, I'm so done with taxes.

We are done as well. Just waiting for Virginia to send me my refund :)
So, how do you like the iPad 2 experience? We need to meet at the Cheesecake Factory one Saturday soon and compare apps. I have about 240 on mine and the same with Elaine's :)

There are some fun ones, Jeff. I'll get Patrick to come with me to see you, Jim. He's got about 100 apps. He's insane with his iPad2. I just have around 30.

My kids are older, but I may get some of those for me!

Morning! I'm going to school with Greg to see if they really need me for the field trip today. It's raining and it's a water-shed trip. Ha-ha. But I'm very tired from my long day yesterday and the taxes still are not ready to be mailed yet, but I can do that this morning. And Jared & I are leaving late afternoon for the TJ meeting. Poor Patrick is on call today for Greg.

I took some beautiful pictures lately, but can't seem to get my 5D2 or 7D with so they are with the little P&S I own. The settings were completely messed up on the one, so I was glad to have a minute to reset everything. The one camera was on -2 exposure and I couldn't figure out why all the images were too dark. Now I know. Good thing I mess around with the settings. I must have pressed every button to figure it out.

Let's hope the rain goes away so we can see the sun again.

Happy Wed. to all. 2 days off and I still haven't accomplished a thing.... Well, I got my mom's Hospice care set up via phone and many calls to many different people. Such a hassle to do everything long distance. As soon as we get through the wedding stuff, I can go down and assess the situation better but for the next few weeks it will have to be vioa telephone. :(

This is the hard part, Mo. Sorry you are so busy. I am surviving my day. Got up to chaperone Greg's school trip to the marsh, for the watershed lesson. It was rainy all week and rainy today, and cold. I don't have boots for that kind of walking. We were knee deep in mud and it was rainy, but I used my 24-70 on the 5D2 anyway, under the umbrella.
