Sounds like us, Jim. Sorry I am so absent. Trying to deal with mom's issues, wedding plans and Nicholas and Aaron are here all week. Plus i have to re-do POTN book pages. Groooaaannn.
Here is a little chuckle for the day. Last night Nicholas wanted paper and pencil. When I asked him if he was drawing me a picture, he said, "No. Do homework." :)

Good Morning, All & Happy Friday! I just got back a major order of 5x7's & 8x10's from MPIX. Results are awesome! These photos are from the Sergeant Major of the Army's Retirement Ceremony and Reception. I am meeting with his wife next week to hand them off.

If you need bulk printing Mpix.com cannot be beat for quality and pricing. I get special deals from them all the time. On this order the shipping was free :)

Busy, busy, busy. I just finished taking in the sides on my dress for the wedding and getting housework caught up. I work the next 3 nights, Nicholas' birthday is Wednesday and then we are off to Hawaii early Thurs. morning. I finally have things worked out for my mom's care and my family has instructions not to notify me if she dies until I get home. I think the old girl will hang on through the summer at least. Now, my MIL, maybe a different story. She is sliding down at a more rapid clip.

Anyways, tonight is my last night with Nicholas... I won't keep him again for 11 days. :( I ran into the laundry room to take clothes out of the dryer (the room is right off my kitchen) and when I came out Nicholas said, "So happy to see you!" He was full of beans after his bath tonight, I just can't help but grab my camera and get some fun shots of him.

Thanks for that info, Jim! I also really like Costco. I can upload photos from home at midnight and they are all ready by noon, 12 hours later!

Morning! At the resort, having a great time. We took it easy yesterday, just swimming in the nearest pool, reading and dinner and naps. Nice day. It was hot 90 degrees. Today we are going to church, then to Sea World just to walk around. Greg has a fever, so we're not doing too much until he feels better. Dinner with friends who live here. They are very sweet, we're having curry. :)

Harry Potter 2-3 days this week and Sea World the other days. We're having beautiful weather. Jim, I heard there was flooding and terrible rain and wind. Hope all is well.

Mo, taking in the dress! Great! And you hare caught in the middle, as you are daughter and grandma. I hear ya! Have a great trip to HI. I wish I could have gone with you. Pictures!

Have a great week, everyone!

Sitting here editing Cherry Blossom photos and watching "The Borgias" on Showtime. This photo pretty much sums up the kind of day we had when we visited the Cherry Blossoms :)

Suzie, the only reason I was taking in the dress is because the arm holes were too big. Trust me, I am not losing weight... I have actually put on a few pounds this year. Stress eating :(

Mo, you are right! We had rain the day we took you down to Tidal Basin :-( Never can count on good weather in Cherry Blossom season!

The weather in spring seems to be a gamble no matter where you live lol. From snow to tornadic activity. Each day brings something different I suppose.

We are getting schwacked by rain today - with a high chance of torandoes later this afternoon. I was hoping to be back home tomorrow or Thursday but was extended a month so now I go home late May. My replacement had their delayed reporting approved and I was extended. Gotta love it, but I won't complain because the money is great! I miss Natalie and Jacob, however.

Jeff,

Especially in Cheyenne! Having lived there for four years I know how variable the weather is there! The only constant is that the wind will blow each and every day ;)
