Jim! Let me have a go at it when I see you next! Don't even start me on wanting that lens. I'm really considering it as I can still sell my Version I. No idea if I'll do that before the end of the year. May have to ask for it for Christmas. :)

Suzie,

Between the 85MM f/1.2 and the 70-200MM MKII I think that I will have to do some weight lifting...those two are a ton of glass :)

How's the Grandma bonding working for you? I love my kids but I really love my grandkids...they are just so special!

I spent most of yesterday feeding, holding, smiling at, kissing, etc. my little granddaughter. She is still pretty small, just above 7 pounds and she is getting more alert every day. She like to be held and that is great for me. Today we shop for her blessing gown and something fun for Sarah. She's already skinny again, so it should be fun for her to shop. I'm hoping to have dinner with some friends and my son, Dan. So, all in all, having a great time.

My children and grandchildren are the reason, but it's the passion that drives me to get the perfect image of everything.

And, I am ordering my 70-200MM f/2.8 EF L IS MKII tomorrow!

Yes that is what I meant! ;) I am so excited, and I have at least three shoots next week, so hopefully it will get some great use soon! :)

Congratulations to all the new lenses floating back and forth. I have the 2.8 and like it, but really wish I'd never sold my f/4. They're both sweet lenses, but the f/4 is a lot easier to handle when you don't need the extra speed.

I was thinking of you earlier today.....

Perfectly innocent.......found an old text message from 'back in the day.'

It's nice to be thought of! I often wonder how things are going for you these days, wonderful I hope!

Yay, the gang is all back!!! Leesa and Kathy and Brooke, you need to pop in more often......We miss you!!

Congrats on the new addition, Kathy:) I am hoping to share good news like that before the end of the year.

Thanks! I am pretty excited about it, they have been trying for awhile now and we were beginning to wonder what they were doing wrong! :) I plan on having Marley a lot this summer for some simple times, she is so much fun to have around!

I am surprised how little gets done during the day when you stare at a little baby. :)

Congratulations grandma! Isn't it WONDERFUL!?

Wow, Adam! I love these :-) #4 is just super! Did you have to get permission from the A&S folks to pose these?

Thanks Jim and Kathy. No I didn't ask permission to shoot in there...the rules are posted on their website. As long as I am not using them to sell or for commercial work it's cool. Plus one of the guides complimented the models on their attire.
