Suzie, I gave Carrie a sunshirt for Aaron about a month ago and I have one for them here. That is why it is so darn frustrating. I also gave Aaron an earful about being responsible and putting it on!!! He is almost 10 yrs. old and still needs to be told to do everything despite my talks with him about showing that he is growing up and can take care of himself a bit. Unfortunately, I think he inheirited some of his mom's air headedness.

Jim, I was sooo happy to see your cool entry. I am still humming and hawing over the winners but I will post them tonight.

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

Good evening! It's absolutely quiet now and I'm going to bed. I hope to get some macro pictures tomorrow. :)

Sounds like you are hanging in there, Mo. I waited all day for the house washer to come and he made it at 5:30, and I wasted a whole day. Well, did order pizza and going to an HOA meeting. Yeah. It's not my favorite pastime.

Too funny, Mo :-)

Suzie, I am pleased to announce that after 21 years I am no longer on my HOA Board :-) Time to let someone else worry about the neighborhood for a while!

Cool day today and then we are off into the 100's again :-( And we are not even into July yet :-(

Hey, can't complain too much. The weather here has been quite wonderful. I will take a few hot days if I can have 10 more 75 degree days in Manassas. :) But I do hate those sticky hot days in July and August. Glad we got new air conditioning units a few years back. Saves us a ton of money on the electric bill.

Got a lot happening today, so I'll try to do pictures before it gets hot.

Your choice. I don't have any sons, but have vivid memories of being one.

Only Aaron today until 2:30. A nice little breather before chaos lands again tomorrow (5 kids). I fell asleep early last night and woke up feeling great this morning.

Speaking of weather, we have a whole week of being in the 80's with a lovely cool breeze. Unheard of this time of year but we are all grateful for it. Today we hit 90 and next week we stay in the 90's. As long as we are below 100 we are happy.
