Took some real quick shots of the bike after I got home from work today. Didn't even clean her up so don't pay attention to the dirt/dust lol, this thing gets ridden as much as possible and washed rarely. CC welcomed, rest of set is at my flickr.

It's good to see a fellow rider/photographer, and even from the same state! It is hard getting feedback on here sometimes and usually takes quite a while. 1 I like the PP but for me it has too much going on with no set focal point(maybe case cover?) 2 Just doesn't interest me, most front wheels look just like this one so I think that's why. 3 Looks good, background/lighting could be better, maybe play with the angles more. This is a good shot of your bike but it's not an artistic shot which is not a bad thing, I have a lot of shots of my bike that nobody else would probably care about! One of my favorite angles on a bike is either from front to back or back to front close to center so that you get thin DOF and you get to show exactly what you want people to notice about the bike. BTW nice bike! Looks really clean even if you haven't washed it recently!

Thanks for the feedback!! What do you ride? I wanted to get some decent photos of this bike before next month. The previous owner is wanting to buy it back, which is fine with me, it has too much power and is going to get me in trouble. Plus it looks like we may be closing on a house here soon too, so say goodbye to all the toys! I will never give up my camera though!!!

I like the shots but the hot spots on most of them are distracting to me but if thats what you were going for, more power to ya. For some future shots, try shooting in really low light and having a light (flash, LED worklight etc...) to give an interesting light and dramatic shadows on certain part of the bike. Just make sure the light is as white as possible to keep the WB in check. Good Luck!

I ride a 2007 cbr 600rr, I know what you mean by getting in trouble! ha Good luck on the house, but won't your garage be a little empty at night? haha I don't know if I could give up either!
