Two years ago my wife and I went to Madeira, Portugal on our honeymoon (the resulting thread: https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=390818 ). This year we decided we would go there again as a two-year-anniversary. I thought I would share a few photos from our trip. The whole gallery can be found here on flickr: http://www.flickr.com …2/sets/72157622481742686/ (external link)

Thanks for looking. I hope you enjoyed it. C&C is welcome and always.
And last, I can definitely recommend Madeira for a photography vacation.

beautiful series... based on the collection from flickr you must have had a hard time picking 8 to share. I keep finding myself being drawn to the B&W sailing shot ecspecially.

Great set Stefan!

Only one thing: would be nice to see these a bit bigger, now some interesting details are hardly visible.

Very nice photographs!I can't really pick a favorite, but I do know that I'd love to go to Madeira some day. (Seriously.) We have visited Portugal and the Azores and liked it a lot. Beautiful landscapes and very friendly people.

Thank you all :) Madeira does hold a lot of beauty, I just hope they will be able to keep it so. The climate is also great, and it's pretty warm all year around... but never too hot. A bit like the Azores I'm sure. People there are also mostly very friendly. And there's tons to photograph ;)

The shot with the lenses and camera etc was more a fun shot for POTN and the Strobist group on Flickr :)
