This is my 21-month old Goldendoodle, Holly. A Goldendoodle is the result of the intentional breeding of a Golden retriever with a Poodle (in Holly's case - it was a standard Poodle). They were originally bred as service dogs for persons with allergies to dogs but, make excellent pets. Holly is in training as a Therapy Dog.

40D with a 70-200mm f/4L IS lens, shot at 165mm using 1/250 second @ f/5.6 using ISO 400.

A longer focal length lens can produce a narrow DOF even at f/5.6 and the 70-200mm f/4L IS lens produces very smooth Bokeh.
