I have 3 quatum T5D's and wanted to get a ring flash. The AlienBee ABR800 seems like a good value and have read several positive reviews. My question is the following....

Can I use the ABR800 with sync cable and the Quantum via wireless trigger together? I would like to use the Quantums as fill, hair and "other" lighting while getting the awesome effect of ring lighting.

I just want to make sure I can use them all together or do I "need" something else to go along with what I have?

Thanks,
Doc
