Almost same shot but with a woman about 5 feet in front of the little one back peddling and snapping away. The wife and I just knew the momma bison would at some point take offense and rectify the situation. She never did and I assume the lady got some fantastic head shots. _______

They wander all over the road, frequently stopping traffic. Of course up there they are Woods Bison while I suspect that the ones in your shots are Plains Bison.
