Went down to SC with a few friends to an air show at McEntire AFB and snapped some shots. Horrible conditions for shooting pics, but made due.....

Nice work
Those ARMY Cobras look funny...too skinny and lean compared to the Marine Corps version let alone the most recent upgrades they have seen.

very nice pics, too bad the blackhawk didn't get decent rotor blur, but they are all fantastic!

I really like the apache shot!

Very nice series, but sorry, in the "Share" areas IMAGE POSTING RULES only allow 2 attachments by the OP per thread, OR 8 embedded (linked) images, OR a combination of both totaling 8. (Maximum 1024 pixels on any side.) You can always just post a link to more, though, or better yet, post a link to a gallery so we don't have to click on each image link.
Some exceptions are "Show Me...", "Post your best...", equipment reviews, Tutorials, etc.

FrankC - 20D, RAW, Manual everything...
Classic Carz, Racing, Air Show, Flowers.
Find the light... A few Car Lighting Tips, and MOVE YOUR FEET!
Have you thought about making your own book? // Need an exposure crutch?
New Image Size Limits: Image must not exceed 1600 pixels on any side.

They do look funny, but to think of the era when they were the new kid on the block......its a pretty amazing machine for the time.

Thanks. I got several shots of the choppers and prop planes with lots of blur, but I was battling dust bunnies....and losing. For some reason it was really bad out there, and I never changed lenses or anything.

Thanks. The demo with the tanks was definitely cool.

Wish the F22 did a demo, but it was just static. The F16's and F18's did a good job entertaining though. The flares were definitely cool.

I live close by to this, and I didn't hear about it until I saw 4 F-16's do a flyover of my son's cross country event! Our local media at their best, again.....
I would have loved to attend, but between CC, Soccer and Cheerleading events, my day was stretched thin already!
Great shots, glad to see someone here post a few photos.

Thanks! Just wish conditions were a little better. I really was hoping for more humidity......I wanted to get some vapor ring shots on the fighter jets.

I like number four because it's so shiny and well-captured. It's really good photography.

I was down where the Coast Guard heli, B25, and P51 were static.
