I think they are very strict. I just want to comment on some of the great work folks are posting there but I can't even get the early access :(
I really dont see a reason why do I differ from someone with 500posts. I can comment on every other pictures here but somehow I cant comment in the G&N section, which I really dont get. its not the end of the world but I think there are many other peeps in the same situation. lol.

The restrictions are there because all too many new posters made juvenile comments, regarding the models, not the photography. The 500 post and 3 month limit is there so you (users in general) will have an opportunity to absorb the POTN culture. Photographers who demonstrate that they are fully able to photograph the subject, and abide by POTN rules, may apply for early admission. But unless you have something to present which we can use to judge your seriousness we have no basis for deciding if you should be granted early admission.
