Anyone care to share their experience with EM's premium account?

I wonder if paying $150 more per year will be worth it to be able to
automatically send reminders to people who save favorites but don't order and
for sending automatic thank you emails (with a discount code) to everyone who
places an order.

When a customer orders, their input their e-mail address. I will send out a thank you e-mail from that. I have 2 Event accts at ExpMan and don't really feel that upgrading is worth it. You can also enable the function where it's required they enter their e-mail address, too.

Be nice to have those features but wouldn't use them enough to justify them.
