My buds and I made a trip next door to wyoming (i'm from Idaho) for a little speed goat hunting. We all drew doe tags.
Those who hunt know what you see if all you have is a doe tag.

The bucks seemed to know.

I shot mostly with the 40d but we all will be eating antelope this fall. We probably could have finished the hunt the first morning but that would have cut into time around the camp fire.
We stretched the hunt into 3 days and all had a grand time.
Some scenery and more of the same over the hill

i have a buddy that just moved from st louis to idaho falls. he is a big game hunter, too, and is very excited to get out and do what he loves to do.

nice shots. and, of course, all you saw were trophies, too.....since you could only take pictures of them...lol.

Straightening...lol. Every time I straighten the horizon, I hang the picture crooked.
