best storage for my batteries

lately i havent had time to shoot so im wondering if or what is the best way to store my camera batteries? do i leave them fully charged or do i drain them? my 5d is my work horse so my 1d usually just sits for a month or two maybe more till its needed. any advice is appreciated

My 5D is jealous of your 5D's life:rolleyes:

I am no expert. But I would suspect to store them charged. I think the more important issue is just that you remove them before than long of period of no use. That is just to ensure there is no drainage or corrosion of the battery compartment.

BTW, interesting similarities between your equipment stable and mine;)
