My excuse is non stop baby. Of all my shots, this is the only one that I think has potential. How do I add some extra white to the left and "reattach" the tip of the pinky? I use Lightroom and PSE.

I made some new canvas and sampled the two background colors that make the slight background gradient - made the new gradient on the extended canvas and feathered into the existing photo. Also cloned the tip of the pinky in and cloned some shadow under it from the adjacent fingers. Added a touch of sharpening and a slight boost in the luminosity channel. I also rotated the canvas 90ยช CW just for fun, but I didn't want to post that here, as it would violate all sorts of Spiderman copyrights. Do you have any other photos from around this same shot with the same (or close) exposure? If you took a picture just before or just after you can sometimes get very good tidbits for this kind of thing. Cameras: 5D Mark IV, EOS 3, Elan 7
