Very creative stuff in this thread!

I picked up some glass from the home improvement store last night. A little sticky foam and rubber bands and it's all set to go. Can't wait to try it out this weekend...

Yeah! Nice one. Water is the only thing I haven't really tried with my glass yet.

Here is my camera rigged up with my glass, Krazy glued the glass onto a 77-82 stepup ring, then i have a 58-77 ring to attach to my current lens. Hope to take some shots down by the river tomorrow with it.
photo was taken with my phone, sorry for quality.

Neat solution. Can't wait to see what it does in action :)

Can you not buy one from eBay or similar and ship it over? Too expensive?

yeah... too expensive it would cost me at least $20, if thats the case I might as well buy a proper 10stop ND :) besides I don't have paypal, they don't support the philippines.

Went down to the river today to test my setup out, worked really well.
The clouds were moving reallllllllllllllly slow which was lame, so the river was all the movement.

Here is my first shot at 30 seconds

Here is a second that i tried to capture the clouds moving, open for 2 mins

I finally took the time to stop at my local welding supply store and bought two dark lenses. All they had in the glass types were green. They did have some other colored ones, but they were polycarbonate, so I decided not to get any of those. The green ones were $3.80 each and I got a 10 and a 13. They also went down to 8.

Now all I need do is to find the time to go out and use them. :)

Do you remember offhand, where the post is on how to get rid of the green? I think I have an idea, but need to brush up on it. :)
