This is the finished product. Let me know what you think. I used a gold reflector and 580ex for fill.

Hey Reefergal, Nice photo, but do you have a higher quality image? This one appears grainy/pixelated (eyes etc)..

you captured a very nice smile......but i think the main issue here is with the very busy background. i don't think there's enough separation between her and the twigs/branches.

Agree that she is too close to the branches in the background. Also, too smooth on the skin processing

I agree with most of the comments. Shallower depth of field would have helped a lot and maybe a different crop or angle.

Agree with above comments, get her out of the dead center of the photo

I like it. And unfortunately agree with the crowd. I also think some "pop" is missing here. The colors don't jump out.....it looks flat.

Far too much skin smoothing, her face looks soft and unnatural. Your subject is slightly under exposed, you needed more flash. That's why people are saying there is no "pop" and the photo looks flat.

Here's my 5 minute fix-up with LR2. It was too red-orange for my tastes though you used a gold reflector. I increased the red and orange luminance and decreased the red and orange saturation. Main thing was increased the tone curve "lights" by 25 and 11 fill light some other minor tone curve tweaks and decreased the WB temp a little and the tint some towards green.

I like how Snappy recovered some of the highlights that were masked by the skin PP.
