Son, compared to some here, you're only at the "Drinkin' Beer" stage! ;)

Yep, having lots of bags is a must. After a while you figure out that you kinda need one for every type of shooting you do or whatever type of outing you are planning. From hiking and camping to a walk in the park and a family get together. They all really require a different bag.

I was feeling guilty for wanting a Streetwalker HD when I already have an Airport Antidote. Jason, (or anyone else) what are the major differences you see in the 2 and what do you use them for?

Streetwalker HD is more comfortable to wear. But it is bigger than Antidote. Antidote is better padded. My biggest concern for Streetwalker HD is that airliners might make me check the bag. Antidote is proven winner in my books for small commuter planes that I've flown. I still like TT Security for most of domestic flights or work out the car. None of them are particularly good for hiking, IMHO. I use backpacks for transportation only. Streetwalker HD comes close as it is comfortable to wear but I look like I'm wears an oxygen tank like astronauts. Sometimes looks are important too. ;)

Thanks - that's really helpful! I take the Antidote on the little planes when needed, but it feels like a suitcase on my back for everyday use! LOL I was hoping the streetwalker would be more comfortable. I was using the Kata dr-467 but got an extra lens and now it isn't quite big enough, so I switched to the Kata 3n1 30. But it doesn't have a place for laptop or file folders, and I'm carrying these things as well as a purse. Too much stuff! yes, the Streetwalker isn't really a "looker", but if it's comfortable that is a big thing. And it isn't too long for my back - anything longer than 18" is really too long for me...

If you don't mind the "looks", give it a try. I was surprised by how good it felt on my back. I loaded up Streetwalker to gills, came out to 29+ lbs. I did my daily 1 hour walk with it and I could still feel the weight but it wasn't digging into my shoulders or anything like that. Much more comfortable than Antidote. It has many pockets that Antidote lacks. But I would still take Antidote for small commuter flights. I saw Lowepro Computrekker forcibly gate checked while my Andidote didn't get a glance from flight attendant. :D
