This may fall into the "landscape category since there is more mountain than elk, but.....
This one was taken from the side profile. I was able to work my way around the hill the bull was on. Just me, the elk and the mountains at dawn. Fun stuff.

It's funny, of the people who have seen these, some people like #1 and some people like #3. I tend to prefer #1. To me, getting an elk with mountains and sunrise like that is harder than getting a portrait shot. Plus I feel it just shows a bit more drama even though there is less elk.
