equipment/setup?

All images were shot with the 5DmkII. No flash was used. The South side of the pool had floor to ceiling windows which was a huge factor in choosing this location. The light at the far end of the pool was a pretty ugly mix of flourescent lights and natural diffused lights.

ISO 1600, f/2.0, 135L, 1/800 second. Processed in Lightroome with default NR settings. I did a fair bit of dodging on the background and on the body to get the exposure balanced from arm to arm.

ISO 400, f/1.4, 35L, 1/2500 second. Color adjustments were made in lightroom but there was quite a bit of post processing in CS4. I was very impressed with how much I was able to push the raw file around. The forehead and left arm were nearly blown but I dodged them by over a full stop.

ISO 400, f/1.8, 85L mkII, 1/320 second.

There was some dodging done on the background and face, not much else.

The far end of the pool. The colors should really be tweaked but I'm not including these in my port.

It might be an ugly mix to you, but the end result is fantastic. I was sure there was some flash use in there :P

Great series dude! Any reason why you went from 1600 on your iso to 400? Noise concern?

I normally use the lowest acceptable ISO for the shot, don't you?

#2 could have easily been shot at ISO 100. At 1600 the shutter speed would have been 1/10000 of a second, which is beyond the shutter speed of my camera.

Wow - these are awesome!! If I had any suggestion it would be to PS her wrinkle skin/flap over her belly button (but seriously she must be 4% body fat.)

#2 second set is breath-taking. 1, 2, 3 1st set are sensational, actually all are.
