Great detail. It might look like the focus is on the leaf more than the TreeHopper

I think you're right. The hopper's body is in fairly good focus, but the eye is not...dang rookies...lol.

looks more Leafhopper to me than Treehopper - at least the Treehoppers in my book are more bulky with large pronotum extended along back.
