Today Springfield had to matches. Unexpectedly.. actually. only one was planned but the second team called and asked if they would get a game in after... We had one major injury today.. dude got K-O'd I mean.. out cold... gone. Pretty freaky. Anyway. Two good matches today for springfield. First game (Against Red) they won 119-0. and the second game (Against yellow) they won 28-21.

Anyway to the photos.

Love the photos. I really like the location of the game no distracting fans or cars and such.

Thanks jeff and tj. What's nice about the location is that I am on the fan side and no one is on the other side. So it does provide a clean background most of the time.

Get that grass cut man! :)
I've seen long grass, but thats practically silage material. Must be great to fall on, but difficult to run in. Health and Safety would also have a field day with the barbed wire in the background.
Super pictures, caught the light at exactly the right angles to bring out the expressions on the players faces. The poor guy in no4. looks like he's terrified of being caught with the ball.;)

hehe.. its not my field... so i could care les... eh with the barbed wire it is like 20ft beyond the pitch.. so not really any worries there..
