Numbers 3 & 4 were shot with the Canon 300mm f/2.8 IS and the rest were with the 300mm f/2.8 plus the 1.4 TC

Very nice Phil. These are the type of stuff I like to see. We have all seen the basic football shots but you have added some creativity. Well done my friend.

I'm not a fan of the crops. I had to look a couple of times at #1 to figure out what he was doing. I really like the shot of the band (#5). Nice sharp shots, though. Good colors, too.

It is a specific type of scoreboard light that cycles on and off like this? (Note: invisible to the naked eye and note the missing values in picture #3.) [these two shots are consecutive frames in a burst]

Crops are a little tight for my taste. Are you using any noise reductions on any of these. For some reason a few look like they were ran through some noise red.

Nice faces and expressions, get some more images like number 4 to mix in and you have a great set.

No noise reduction. Almost everything was shot at ISO 400. 420mm
