View from atop Backbone Rock

One of the pics I took over the Memorial Day weekend. I was visiting "Backbone Rock" near Damascus, Va. The picture was shot as I was standing on the rock looking down at the road passing through it.

Not to keen on the rock. Maybe not possible, but leaning over slighty and getting a different angle may have worked better. Hey, this is just my opinion. The actual idea and composition of the car/tree is great.

wow that looks pretty up there..id be scared taking the camera up there..but id do it probably.
was there alot of solid ground behind you ?

The top of the rock averages about 20 feet in width, so there was quite a bit of room behind me with 3 feet or so in front of me. I wasn't about to get any closer to the edge though. I have this thing about heights...
