o wow the price went up
it was 100k before

at the pace that canon len prices are increasing every 6 months; we should buy it today at 120K -- wait two years and resell it at $150K!

Does the price include the case? Or is that extra?

And what about a hood? :p

I actually found it pretty funny on the bottom, it said
"no payment for 6 month on purchase over $750 with Bill me later"

Honestly I'd be afraid someone would think I was pulling out a Stinger GTA missile to down a plane and pop a cap in me.

the color.....makes it look like a military grade weapon of some sort....
I wonder why Sigma did that....they could have painted it white...

There are too much "fake" Canon white lens out there already, i don't think sigma will like that, but black will make it look like military grade weapon too......i guess they just randomly pick a color and green that is....

Why don't we put up a 1200mm sticky?
Hopefully everytime someone sees this lens on B&H they will see the sticky instead of creating a whole new thread...

and maybe a box that needs to be checked, titled "This is not a new thread about the old 1200mm lens"
