I have nothing against them, but from dealing with my previous order, I advise you to call them and stay on top of them about when an order is shipping and what they have in stock.

Also, calling after normal business hours is worthless. The sales guys don't know a thing about your order.

Edit: Only sales are open past normal hours. Customer service is who you want to talk to!

I have placed over a dozen orders with J&R and every one has shipped within 24 hours. Sound like you just had some bad luck.

Maybe. I've ordered from them before without any problems, but they had everything in stock then too.

Apparently needing an item by a certain date means that everything that can go wrong will.

JR's been around for a longggg time. I remember when I was like 12 years old, I would look through their catalogs..they has soooo many products. I agree with Addicted...probably just bad luck or caught them at a bad time.
