Problem: anticipating the spike in volleyball

Solution: shoot more (I have two daughters playing so following the action isn't an issue-it's the brain to finger thing)

Other than having only a year and half experience and NOT taking any classes (I do read the manual and learn a lot from POTN'ers) the biggest weakness I have is I still give away a lot of 4x6 (which includes website name on a 'top loader') but consider the cheap (19 cent 300 dpi) wal-mart prints a decent investment in the future.

I'm another oldie who needs to get back in shape. With 2 bad knees it really bothers me I can get low to clean up backgrounds or get low to have a unique shot or angle. I'll just keep hitting the training room.

I'm only 35 and my knees are relatively shot (there's only occasional pan when getting up from kneeling) from 17 years of city and church basketball leagues.. this year being the first I won't be playing since I was 18.. hopefully I find a way to stay in shape and also have the knees feel OK.

I find that I tend to miss some shots because I'm switching between the long prime(300, 400) with monopod to the second body with the 70-200.
I have gotten better recently by shooting with the prime and then move it to my left shoulder and hold it whilst grabbing the 70-200 with my right.
Almost perfected. ;)

I'm Preston & I pretend to know what I'm doing but I really just wing it.
