I see siamese twins...

5D, 24-70L, 17-40L, 85 f/1.8, 420EX, various other toys...

I want to die peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather. Not screaming in terror like his passengers.

conjoined twins?

Just kidding. Although it did take a second to realize there were two kids. I like the composition with the upward turned face and the hand. Maybe better with just one child, though. The blurred background is nice, it really focuses your attention on the foreground. More contrast on the face and hand might be good. But it looks really good!

Thanks MCB, you read it well.

It was getting dark and I was using the 70-200 at I believe 200mm with f4 aperture and somewhere around 1/60. So a little softness is expected (hand held).
