For weddings, I would certainly recommend the 50mm f/1.4 and the 85 f/1.8..... great in low light and crisp images. Wireless flashes also help greatly (think 580EX/420EX combo). Get yourself to a couple and start shooting..... heck, even pop into the ceremony of some weddings of people you don't know... just be inconspicuous and in the back out of the way and fire off some shots without flash.... see what type of results you get. Take notes. Learn from your mistakes and go back and do it again. #1 think new photogs forget to do is to take notes. You won't remember everything you made errors on, and are likely to repeat them over and over again.
You'll also need a wide angle for groups or wide chuch/temple/chapel shots.... give the 18-55mm a try if you don't have the L-glass wide yet... you'll be surprised how well it works after the proper amount of time learning it's sweet spots.
