Ya know....first thing I plan to do...bill her for the shoot. If I don't get it, I don't get it, but...I'll go from there.

Are you going to let her know why you're billing her?

I so knew it. She looked like the kind of girl that would string you along forever and then have you buy her lunch for like 2 months and write you cute notes but not really talk to you in the hallway and then show up to 3rd period with a hickey.

Girls like that are a dime a dozen...

Damn straight I am, with a copy of her signed contract enclosed.

I still say you should shop around for an attorney. You should be able to find one who will take the case without charging you anything until you receive a settlement. You probably wouldn't even have to take the matter to court, actually. Just having an attorney sic'ed on them would probably scare 'em enough to get 'em to pony up the cash to pay this bill. Once they pay, you'll have to give some of it to the attorney, but at least you'll get something out of it, if not only a little satisfaction.

I'm fuming. My rep, who was to be exclusive to my studio, had her senior pics posted by another studio. I have a written and signed contract and not a clue what to do. I'm mad as he_ _.

NOOOO!!!

Seriously?? Gosh, the shots you did were fabulous. I can't imagine her wanting to go elsewhere.

me either! Those shots were amazing!

DoodleBunz wrote in post #8894611 (external link)
Yeah well. She did. Stupid, stupid me not getting a retainer/deposit. Permie...I am so tempted to quit with you.

http://www.facebook.com …42&id=158429090048&ref=mf (external link) are here if it works...idk if it will

omGOSH!!!! Those shots don't even compare to yours imho. They are ok, but seriously, I like yours wayyyyy better. And I'm not just saying that because your a friend. I honestly like what you did a WHOLE lot better. I know that doesn't help you any, and I have no good advice. :(

Eh well, she doesn't and will be receiving a bill and potentially a call/letter from an atty this week. I may or may not be out the session fee, but I will not allow myself to be trampled on like that....and LIED to.

Chet, I too like your shots from this weekend. The kids are growing up too quickly and you did a nice job catching it. Despite Madi's 'tude. ;)

Well, I know I've been especially 'chatty' tonight, and I appear to be all talked out.

Pleasant dreams to everyone.

Diane...that sucks
Permie...that sucks
Hoover...that sucks
Kirby, Electrolux, Dust Devil.....they all suck.

G'night, all.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!
