I still say you should shop around for an attorney. You should be able to find one who will take the case without charging you anything until you receive a settlement. You probably wouldn't even have to take the matter to court, actually. Just having an attorney sic'ed on them would probably scare 'em enough to get 'em to pony up the cash to pay this bill. Once they pay, you'll have to give some of it to the attorney, but at least you'll get something out of it, if not only a little satisfaction.

Thanks. I was just excited to use my camera's again. I poured concrete to fill the gap in my foundation today also, it was in the 60's very nice day.

omGOSH!!!! Those shots don't even compare to yours imho. They are ok, but seriously, I like yours wayyyyy better. And I'm not just saying that because your a friend. I honestly like what you did a WHOLE lot better. I know that doesn't help you any, and I have no good advice.

Eh well, she doesn't and will be receiving a bill and potentially a call/letter from an atty this week. I may or may not be out the session fee, but I will not allow myself to be trampled on like that....and LIED to.

Chet, I too like your shots from this weekend. The kids are growing up too quickly and you did a nice job catching it. Despite Madi's 'tude.
