I think I have plantar fas...whatever that is called. My heals have been killing me, mostly in the morning and night. I just thought I would randomly complain.
Fasciitis.
My sister has that. It is almost debilitating at times.

Leyla had it for awhile, she took some meds along with stretches and things in her shoes, it went away. It sure can hurt though. Do whats right HERE
