I think I have plantar fas...whatever that is called. My heals have been killing me, mostly in the morning and night. I just thought I would randomly complain.

Fasciitis.
My sister has that. It is almost debilitating at times.

I can't imagine being without him. I love how he looks when he's trying to understand what I want. (My MIL is bringing someone here I don't like, at all. Not at all.) I figured it was time Kona learned how to eliminate on command.:lol: He didn't get it.

Anyway, Hale really isn't smart. She's functional though but on a minor intelligence scale. She does try to please & she's as sweet as can be. Kona on the other hand is like having a fun, cuddly, playful, sentient being...who adores you. I can't imagine not having him. I'm so glad we persevered.

If you keep up the hard work they only get better with age. I am glad you hung in there too. He is not the easiest pup in the world.
Good night, see you next round whenever that is.

Is there anything that can be done for it Cat? Z, could it be that you spent too much time on concrete or something and got a bone bruise? Either way, hope the pain subsides.

It's k I am sure this is payback for something I have done in my life. Leyla showed me some stretches she learned when she had a short go of it in her feet. I think it can be degenerative.

No I am just getting crusty I think. It is fairly common. Leyla had it for awhile, she took some meds along with stretches and things in her shoes, it went away. It sure can hurt though.

There are certain exercises you can do to help.
