To those who offered support the last couple of weeks....thank you. Its been interesting, for sure, but I'll be able to tell you better tomorrow after lunch of the senior rep thing has worked itself out or not. The mil thing....I have a feeling it hasn't gone away, but hopefully it has calmed for now.

Its nice to feel cheery and less somber again.

I think it helped to go through some of our vacay shots and laugh at some of the silly stuff that happened. Didn't realize how therapeutic that was!

okay, Dan says I have a fixation about Hale's legs (they are SO short compared to her long body). I'm just wondering if they will ever match her body or if she's going to be a weird shaped springer. She looks so odd at the moment.

Also, what makes one's eye twitch? Mine has been going for 3 days now (accompanied by headaches).

I would hang her by her legs at night. It may help.
The eye twitch and Headache Leyla usually blames on me.

wow geeze, it could be any one of those things except alcohol (I don't think an occasional beer would constitute 'alcohol').

I'm exhausted and not sleeping. Totally stressed and my allergies have been acting up & I've been putting in long hours on the computer processing those wedding photos.

I'm sorry. I know the allergies have been making me nuts lately too, headaches and stuff after attacks....I hope you start getting some sleep soon. The stress....well, I hope that goes away soon too!

We just got home from a nice visit with Cat, her friend Lorainne, Luna and Obi. It was nice to see Cat again and meet Lorainne. The two dogs were wonderful and quite energetic. If we didn't already have a dog, I would have taken Obi in a heartbeat.

Awwww John! I take it Luna and Obi didn't get in HWAC? I wish we could take Luna, she looks like a sweetheart.

Not caught up yet. :)

Just wanted to drop in and say that is was a LONG day. A great one, but long. :)

We took 8 dogs to HWAC (was supposed to be 9, but at the last minute one couldn't go)
They accepted 6. And the 2 they rejected were 2 of our very best dogs, so that was GOOD. :)

SO we are now in a hotel room with Luna and Obi.
They rejected Luna because they said she bared her teeth while playing.
And they rejected Obi because his right thigh muscle was bigger than his left one, so that showed that he may favor his left leg for some reason.

Anyway, Obi and Luna were our 2 best that we took, so we are happy that if they were going to reject 2, it is these 2.

Had a WONDERFUL dinner with the Chief and Lois. It was awesome finally getting that Chief hug that I've been needing. :) And I loved meeting Lois as well. She is a sweetheart.

Then got to visit with John and Heather for a little while. Of course, by this time, Lorraine and I were semi-catatonic, and I'm ashamed to say we weren't very good company.

Right now, Obi is sleeping on Lorraine's pillow, wrapped around her head.

Cat -the femine feline with the namby arms. Loquacious, but not to a fault.

Aww Cat...take a pic, please? Even if its a cruddy cell phone one? That sounds adorable. I so wish we could take Luna...she seems like a doll. I hope they find their forever homes soon too!

Off to bed, hope all who are trying to sleep have sweet dreams.

Hi Cat!! Great news on the 6 to go.

I'm really shocked they didn't take Obi. They have such weird reasons.

ZANE!! *fingers crossed* She's so cute.

I've had an eye twitch too for the past few days!!!! Normally it is lack of sleep, but I've had the normal amount I usually get. Must be hubby giving me a twitch.:lol:
