lol...doesn't mean I can't like it.

I'm excited for the new fridge with a built in water filter/dispenser.

I soooo miss mine. But, it's waiting for me in storage.:(

Dasani is purified water, made by coca-cola, I love fiji water but it is pricey. We just got a water dispenser here at work, I'm in heaven!

Is Dasani the one that is rumored to be New York City tap water, just "purified"? I have a civil engineer friend that went to NYU and toured some water facility while in school. they told the students it was NYC tap water but I can't remember the water brand now. lol

lol I'm sure a lot of bottled water is just purified tap. It's not like the tap water in NYC is deadly. lol

We haven't changed our filter since purchasing our fridge 7 years ago.

Most of NYC's drinking water comes fromhere (external link) andhere (external link). They are located in a very rural and semi-remote area of upstate NY...in the Catskill Mountains...the water monitoring at the intakes shows that it is some of the purest impounded water in the world. It wouldn't take a whole lot of filtration to make it marketable...

It is rumored that NYC tap water is some of the best around. NJ is another matter entirely!!

We have well water from a very deep well. it is very old and pure but high in minerals. To make it drinkable we run it through a reverse osmosis filtering system. We have to change filters about every year, but the water we are getting from the filter is very clean and tastes great.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Just been at my brother in laws farm, I have another job to add to my list of "Jobs not for me"

Equine Dentist. Whilst I was happy to help, it does not seem to be a bundle of laughs for the dentist or the horse.
