I got H's text this morning. I'm glad to hear her dad is doing so well.

I'm skewering some game hens today. They are getting rotisseried. I've been wanting them for a while so today...pow.

Pretty sure XM launched their 24/7 Christmas channel yesterday...

Gah! Indeed...

Mornin' all...

Latest update from Arizona: Heather got to the hospital this morning to find her dad awake and feeling much better. The nurses have had him up and sitting in a chair at least twice this morning. As far as I know he is still in cardiac intensive care...

That is excellent news that he is awake and sitting in a chair :)

I sent the peppermint fudge to Dan's work. The consensus is that it's good but NOT AS GOOD AS THE VELVEETA FUDGE!! holy moo! That fudge has an aftertaste that is unpleasant (the velveeta one). I'm wounded and laying in a heap, waiting for eternity to swallow me.

I just went in there. I don't have that option. I'm on windows vista...I have English UK (and a bunch of other options but not International)

I'll check on Ann's laptop when I get home - I don't use Vista, but it works just right in XP. But this (external link) takes you through it step-by-step for Vista. If you add the US - International keyboard, you can switch between the two. My machines have English and Greek Input Languages with English (US) and US -International keyboard configurations for English and Greek keyboard for Greek.

I'm off to clean out my closet. I'm trying to convince hubby that its a good idea to move the washer and dryer upstairs...I'm not sure he's sold, but it would make things so VERY much easier for me to get done and put everything away, I think!

I just bought a Toblerone for Ali. She's not noticed it yet.

Maybe cause you ate the evidence. ;)

That sounds very positive John, it is a move in the right direction. :D

I adore the fact that I can get Pandora on my ipod (or phone) and have it run here at work. We have a great surround sound system with a dock, so it charges my phone while it plays.

The Greek keyboard is confusing as they have different letters and you have to figure out which key the letter you want might be.

I don't have fond memories of school lunches... none.

It's way too early for x-mas stuff but I'm seeing comercials all over the place. Pretty soon x-mas season will start after the 4th of July. :)

We live in a ranch and i can tell you that having the washer and dryer on the same level is a real benefit. :)

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
