Taken in Beijing 2009, he looked so sad but the moment he looked at the camera he kinda of wanted to smile, it was a rare moment for me

i used Cs3, and for the effect i used this tatorial along with other filters in photoshop

Love this type of processing, though I've only seen it used on elderly people. It works really well here, great capture.
