I like it. The subject is obvious, fairly sharp, and the backdrop supports the subject well. I like where the spider is placed in this image.

I might pick a dark dark brown border to be closer matched to the tonality of the print. I think some sharpening would be useful for a little extra clarity. I use a high pass sharpening technique from Real World CS2 that is great for sharpening this kind of subject.

I think it could of used more dof. I also think the border is distracting
