Interesting.. the D-back should have picked off the pass or at least broken it up.. from the sequence it looks like he had time.. then the great job by the receiver of knowing his sideline and not only getting one foot in but both. Is it 9th grade?

It almost looked staged without other players around and your positioning, but we'll say you were just in the perfect position for the shot instead and be jealous of the result.

6th-7th grade level. Pop warner football is usually a 90% rushing type of offense. Who knows, maybe the defender was a second stringer.

It's always good rule of thumb to be positioned about 15-20 yards downfield & prepared for these types of shots. Then again, if it's a staged studio what does it matter? :p

Great sequence and a fantastic job of a kid that age keeping himself inbounds during the catch!

The defender is definitely out of position to do anything to stop the much taller receiver. He probably had to 'respect his speed' as well!

Haha, from the series it looks like he may have bobbled the ball but he did in fact tuck the ball with his right, 'high and tight'(as the coach says)
