This one looked sharper before uploading. Uploaded from Lightroom using J Friedl plugin, 100ppi, 1200 x 800. Any suggestions for getting a sharper upload? DNG maybe? EF-S 17-55 @ 55mm, 1/350 f11, ISO200.

Just got my 35mm f/1.4L tonight and decided to take some test shots. It's low light and can't wait to take this outside with really good exposure.

Picture taken wide open at f/1.4 @ ISO 100 hand-held.

Probably this - though photo bucket seems to apply some wonderful compression algorythm that softens up pics, but does nothing else....

Both with 400D and EF100 2.8 Macro

Though to be honest, I'm having a hard time picking "the sharpest" these days, I'm getting good at taking sharp pics, ever since I discovered single point focus and the tricks to getting the camera to focus how I want it. I'm very happy
