I'll follow the rules :)

Basic light setup. AB1600 camera far left pointed at the back door. AB1600 camera left pointed at fender. YN460 camera right pointed at driver side headlight.

Great shot, love the processing. Did you find that the AB1600 was necessary for that shot? or did you use it at a lower power that would be achievable with an ab800 or 400?

This is my set up before I set it up. I am sure it is just as useful

Unless he stacked the images, he has it in focus from front to back. That means a big DOF and you need big power to do that.

Not my shot just mu guess.

Thank you! The 1600s were at 1/8 power and I had to pull them pretty far from the car for that wide shot.

Yeah, I was shooting at 6.3. Like I said above I had to pull them far so that extra power did help. I'm actually thinking about buying an 800. All I have are the two 1600s and a couple of speedlights.

your lighting in terms of reflections is pretty much spot on but one thing I'd suggest is trying to light the back windows a bit more, the stickers are kind of just floating there.

First time playing with OCF. I didn't do much editing wise, just levels and sharpening. Wish I had a less busy background; Cloning that van out is a pig. Not as rough as I had imagined for my first time out but naturally any C&C will only help for the next go around.

No set up shot on this one, as I forgot to take one, just the same as before one camera left and one camera right... Just old Vivitar 285HV's, they work awesome!

Okay thanks, next time I will try to fix that.

you would have needed a 3rd light with the perspective you were shooting at, and the time.

The two works for frontal shots, but you need a backlight to highlight the edges the other side. shoot earlier, or use a 3rd.

also in of your dark shots, you could put a light inside the cabin and illuminate that.

pretty much good try, but just need more lights, or use of lightsource.

There is no set amount of lights needed to light a car. I have used six and needed 4 more

First time shots of my car. Doesn't help that my car is black, and super dirty. I was just attempting to figure out my flash more. C&C appreciated
