Maybe the modifiers are your problem, causing large reflections in the car. Show some pics and I'm sure you'll get some decent crit/advice, if you want it.

i REALLY like the second "final" image, maybe wishing there was a third light aimed at the side of the car, but it's still great. you don't see octoboxes or even soft boxes used in automotive photography much, but after seeing this I'm going to have to experiment a bit. -Jayson- my flickr

Thxs ya I'm really digging the results the light is very diffused which makes PP much easier as there isn't too many hotspots to take car of... And I forgot to mention the 2nd example I posted was with just the 60in as the little one didn't fire.... I just really liked the result it created -Bart
