Shot these in the rain the other night. This shot is about 4 different frames layered into each other. I had my AB 1600's covered in plastic as well as a garbage bag over my camera.

Honestly, I was just too worried about ruining my equipment, so I moved the lights a round a couple of time and kept the camera on the tripod.

The vehicle owner likes em, so I guess that's what matters.

super rushed, only had a few min to try and shoot this. its got a satin/flat paint on it so I really wanted to see how it would do in photos. Hopefully I get to do a full legit shoot with it soon.

Looks great. I really liked your skateboard shot too.

Only thing I wish was different with the truck was that it was a little more even. The center of the truck (near the window) seems a tiny bit hotter than the rest of the truck. Great nonetheless

^thanks

that part is actually a little hot, the truck was in the street and mostly in the shade but sun crept through the trees in that part. I lessened it but didn't get rid of it completely....prob. should have just cloned it away.

Forgive the lack of set-up shots but this was my first attempt and I didn't assume I'd walk away with any that I liked but turns out I did. Long way to go but hey, it's a start.

Set up was basically the same in both. Yongnuo 460ii 45 degrees camera left and right; about the bumbers respectively, and Canon 430 EXii center. Not sure of the power levels as I was using it as a learning experience so I was constantly moving them.

I think the middle strobe could have been turned up on this one.
