na, not a stupid question at all, everyone starts somewhere. It just appeared you hadn't looked much and a very good answer (or atleast place to start) was listed just a handful of posts back. Give it try and then we can check it out and give suggestions.

btw, I didn't forget about making something, just been crazy busy and its been raining here so I havn't been able to shoot cars at all. I did the other day come across this article which shows something similar.

interesting cause just earlier this week I had been considering using the same kinda thing. I checked local to me and its actually on $2 for 10ft sections.

Sweet! Thanks for the link. The metal pipe would be good becuase I dont think you would have to sand bag it, but would be scared if it came crashing down. Plastic PVC would not damage paint too bad if at all but the metal sure would.

I already had a 9 foot wide by 12 foot long piece of white muslin which I have used in the past as a backdrop. I think it was about $25 from a big fabric store.

I wonder how that material works
