Have you seen the Focus Mask tool? (pro version only) I have to admit to being a C1 fan but damn is that tool worth it's weight in wonderful things.

Focus Mask tool is pretty cool indeed.

There is a bug in the Windows non-pro version where the new focus tool (not focus mask) is missing. This was unintentional and will be rectified.

I've been usin C1 for a while now and only upgraded to Pro several weeks ago. I'm a little disappointed at having to pay over again so soon :( Looks good though.

According to the pro/non-pro matrix the focus tool should be there in the non-pro version, but as HankScorpio says, is a bug so lets hope they get this, and probably other problems sorted soon.
I'm currently running as a trial so i can flip between pro and non-pro versions at will.

I currently have v4 non-pro, but some of the pro features are very nice, but bl**dy expensive!

Visit the C1 forums, a lot of people are in the same situation and I think P1 are going to upgrade some people who have just bought v4, but you have to raise a support case with the sales team i believe.

As nintyeight says, talk to support. The support ticket interface on their website is awful but the people at the other end are very helpful.

I downloaded the v5 trial and like it a lot. I will cough up as nothing pulls detail out of raw images as Capture One. I will wait the full 30 days before paying though :(
