Thanks all for the comments and feedback. It is a fun couple, and was very fun to shoot. This was only my 4th paid job, so I was a bit nervous. They knew the risks, but that didn't help the pressure I felt. :) My goal was to not blow it, and was happy I got a few winners along with decent overall coverage. Looking through the shots I blew was kinda crushing, but the pressure was a rush, and the overall experience a definite thrill. I think I could get addicted to shooting weddings. I know I have a lot to learn, but that's all part of the fun. Hopefully I can work a few more.

And I don't know what you did with the colors in 8, but please never do that again. It's painful.

LOL I assume you mean the bedroom shot(labeled 7, but 8 if you count the first one as two). Yea, probably too much. :)

They look fine for a 1st wedding. Although with #6 it looks like you missed the moment. Laughing isn't the moment but the feeding of cake was. The bride is laughing quite a lot and I doubt she would find it to be a flattering photo of herself even though others might like it. Most people don't like how they look when they are laughing in a photo.

And, a couple more portraits of my dear friend.

Would the OP, or anyone else, be kind enough as to direct me towards a tutorial on how to acomplish a look such as the one with the bride and bride's maid. I just love this look but for the life of me I just can't seem to find anything on how it is accomplished.

Thanks to anyone willing to help.
