Croasdail making stuff up More info | Jun 08, 2005 15:32 | #15 They are cute images but the gray scale is really flat - no true blacks or whites. Just for fun open the image in PS, go "adjust brightness/contrast", select "levels", and you will see a histogram. You will notice the light values are all concentrated in the middle. To bring up the highlights and blacks - move the little sliders on either side towards the middle slowly - or just hit the "auto" button. It will give you an example with a more evenly saturated image across the grey scale. You may like it - or not... but give it a try.
