Lovely colors Adam. Just enough flow to show movement in the water.

The second one begins to work, but I probably would've gone even closer down to the leaves in the front to feature them more prominently in the image. The colors are phenomenal and pop beautifully! The length is great, too, the water is silky but not too mushed up. I'm sure it would've been all hell trying to get closer down, haha... so yeah... all in all, no matter what, great shots!

Canon 500D, Sigma 18-250mm & no clue how to make the best of either, yet!

Thanks Taron, I feel the same. I wanted to get down in the water but I didn't have anything to get dry with so I had to shoot from the bank! That was my exact idea though.

Cheers. PP is very minimal - just a bit of saturation really.

Simple but elegant. Nice work Adam. I've been hopeless last few weeks. Haven't gone out to shoot any autumn shots, apart from last week at Richmond Park, with the deer. I still believe it's summer ;)

Those are both awesome; I love the composition, colors and flowing water - nice work!

+1 for #2 -- and getting closer still if you hadn't had to worry about drowning.

Cheers, it was only a small river so there was no danger of that. Just didn't fancy getting my clothes etc wet and then walking home!

Gotta go with #2 myself. More detail in the leaves....Good job on both of these.
