FOr some reason this website is not letting log on - I just registered, and I don't know if I put in the wrong email address but I haven't got any emails for a password and I tried to re-registered and it's saying, "you've already registered' CONFUSED. This website seems to be very strict with registree's especially in the buy & sell forum (which is what I'm wanting!!) any suggestions, I couldn't find any support email.

Not too helpful? And if he can't get on, where else should he post it?

I'm just spit balling here, but maybe email the source of the problem directly instead of a forum completely not related to or affliated with FM?

Maybe I'm just weird that way...

I don't know if you realize this, but you need to pay to post on the FM Buy & Sell board. At least it's free here.

yes, you have to pay $25 to subscribe to the B&S forum.

On a completely different note, I have a problem with FM as well. This problem is harder to correct, as the issue is related to the members. There is a decided "dpreview" feel that has crept up over the last year, to the point that I have become completely disgusted with the outright personal attacks over stupid disagreements. At times the personal attacks and outlandish behavior is completely unprovoked. It's sad really, I actually learned a lot from FM in my first few years there.

Its still a very good site, with lots of info available. If you want good reviews/critiques of your work, rather than pats on the back, FM is a great place to learn and improve, no matter your skill level. Not very many "Yippee, I got my first L lens" posts there, either... :D I find it very informative, but sometimes a little too hardcore.

Agreed. I used to hang out in the Canon forum there quite a bit a few years ago, but it's unbearable these days. It seemed that once the moderators left there, the place went to hell.

That's nothing new... I abandoned FM four years ago for just those same reasons.

Geeze some of you people seem so uptight, if what I'm asking bothers you so much then don't annoy me with useless reply's. please. :)

It won't even let me start a profile so that I could be able to pay, has anyone else found a contact email? I would love to chat with them but like I said, I couldn't find any online support or even an FAQ link.
