I'm considering attending Photoshop World next year. I was wondering if anyone has had the opportunity to attend it in the past, and if it's a good time and if there's a lot that you get out of it? I'm more interested in the photography than the crazy photoshop tricks.

I was also looking at one of the pre conference workshops. One is taught by Moose Peterson and Joe McNally (Photo Safari) and the other is a wedding workshop hosted by David Ziser. Any opinions are greatly appreciated.

In the past two years I have attended Photoshop World twice and highly recommend the experience. I also attended the Photo Safari on each occasion and quite enjoyed their presentations and tips while out in the field; they (Joe McNally & Moose Peterson) work very well together and make it a fun event. David Ziser's presentations are very professional and his wedding workshop looked pretty good; saw some of the shots after the workshop.

PSW is a great way to network, see what's new on the expo floor and they do have a photography track with various presentations that may be appropriate depending upon your knowledge base. Even though I have been there twice, I will probably go back again in 2010; just not sure whether it will be Orlando or Vegas.
