I am LindaC and I am a senior lady. Is it legal for me to ask if there is a volunteer to assist me pulling some detail from a jpg reflection photo? if not just say and I will know. I have 2 great programs but it is just too complicated for me.

thanks so much,

LindaC

This is the member intro thread. You can add yourself there. It's pretty long, as we all have done an intro.

You asked a question about an image. If you can post the image you need work done on, that would help. Just consult the Image Posting Rules first:

https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=51055

And you may need some help getting the image in a thread. You can give any of the Mods a PM. Welcome to the forum. And go ahead and turn on Image Editing OK if you don't mind us working on an image you put up.

You are asking if you can have someone help you with an image, but you can't show it on the open forum? Then I would go in to the experimental forum and see if anyone there does what you want to do and give them a PM - private message - and see what happens. This part of the forum won't get you the help you need. Usually, when someone posts in an open thread, they are not asking for private help.

thanks merlin.

it's a screen capture of a reflection. I need to pull the details from it. I've asked a moderator if a volunteer might do this privately.

Hi Linda, senior lady! I've always thought there should be an introductory forum on POTN myself.

Nonetheless, welcome to POTN. Great people and great knowledge here. It's different than other forums. Enjoy your visits!
