Impromptu Photoshoot and a Mohawk.

A friend of mine recently gave himself a mohawk so we decided it would be a good idea to grab my strobes and a couple things out of my car as props. I used completely different post processing techniques in each photo. These are just a few.

Shot with a XT, kit lens, and 50 1.8. Strobes used were a Nikon SB-28 and a Nikon SB-20 shot through umbrellas.

excellent pics , loved the last one .... do you keep a baseball bat & a mask in your car ?

The mask was his. The baseball bat was in my car. I have a trunk full of oddities.

Not really a mohawk, rather some hair spiked with some gel.


Canon 5D MkII gripped, Canon 7D gripped, Canon 40D gripped, Canon XTI (IR) gripped, Canon 17-55 2.8 IS, Canon 60 Macro 2.8, Canon 70-200L 2.8 IS , Canon 24-105 4.0, Tokina 11-16 2.8, Canon 50mm 1.8, Sekonic L-358, Canon Speedlite 580-EX II, (2)430-EX, Pocket Wizards, lots of other stuff that seems to keep growing...:lol:
